White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

We have a delicious morsal for your holiday dessert that will pair perfectly with any meal you prepare. This recipe for White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies comes highly recommended from one of our very own. Heather swears that you will fall in love with these delicious cookies, and won't be able to stop eating at just one!




Ingredients:
5 tbs. butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cup oats
½ craisins
½ cup white chocolate chips


  • Cream together the butter, brown sugar and sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla.
  • Mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt before combining your wet mixture with the dry mixture.
  • Stir in the oats, craisins and white chocolate chips until the batter is a good consistency.
  • Create 1 Tablespoon drops on a prepared cookie sheet, place it in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
